Our house has a variety of luxury rooms that are suitable for all types of lifestyles. Each room comes with a bed, desk, and floor-to-ceiling windows providing you with a great view of the mountains or city.
Kitchen and Common areas
Our kitchen comes fully-equipped with cooking supplies and appliances including a stove, oven, and dishwasher. Other common areas include a gym, rooftop terrace with views of Montserrat and the city, and a large co-working space. Residents of the house have access to all of this as well as exclusive events hosted by other members and the community.

No move in fees
We have no move in fees, only thing you pay is your monthly stay and a security deposit.
Maintenance and cleaning service
Our team takes care of all maintenance in the house, and the rooms are cleaned weekly and shared spaces daily.
Shared supplies
We provide you with all the supplies needed, personal hygiene itens, office supplies and also a fully equiped kitchen.
Flexible terms
Our minimum stay is 1 month and it can be extended for as long as you wish for.
Interior design
Every corner at the house is designed to make you feel at home. Every room is furnished with high quality furniture.
Community events
We host and organize community events, events on wellbeing, human design and community gatherings.

Connect with all members via our app, join our events and keep up with the community on our dedicated channel.

Location
Located in a natural park and only a 5 minute walk from a metro station, our house is well-located and allows you to get anywhere quickly and easily. Whether you want to go to the heart of Placa Catalunya, Barceloneta beach, or the mountains, the proximity of our house to the metro means all of this is possible.

What's included in the price?We want our housing costs to be as transparent as possible. So included in the price is rent, utilities, internet, housing taxes, services like cleaning and maintenance, laundry and parking. Furthermore we have an apple tv set up, community events hosted by us and recommendation events in the city.

Do we charge any move-in fees?No extra fees are charged, before move-in you only pay the first month of rent and a security deposit.

How much is the deposit?The deposit is 750 euros and it is fully refunded within 10 days after move out if your room is in the same condition as it was when you moved in.

What is the minimum stay?Our minimum stay is one month, you can stay as long as you want.

When can I move in?You can move in on weekdays during business hours (9AM -5PM). Outside of these hours and on weekends a request needs to be made with our team.

Can I register at the address?No, according to Spanish law we can't allow people to be registered in the property.

What documents are needed to move in at Circles?No documents are needed, our goal is to make move in as easy as possible. The only thing we ask for is for our members to go through an interview to make sure we are a fit for each other.

Do you offer a house tour?Yes we do, we offer tours at the house where we show you our space and talk about all of the perks you get as a member of Circles. We might not be able to show you inside the rooms if we're fully booked but we'll make sure we show you every corner at the house.
