Andorra is attracting more international talent, entrepreneurs, and new residents every year. But it still has no permanent space that combines residence, work, wellness, and community for this profile.
Newcomers face a real gap: hotels don't offer community, existing coworking doesn't facilitate social life, and the rental market is hard to access and expensive. The demand is already here. The space isn't.
Circles House Andorra is the first space in the country to bring it all together — and in doing so, sets a new standard for what coliving can be in Europe.

Why Andorra: A small country with a disproportionate amount going for it. Low taxes, a stable legal framework, non-Schengen, surrounded by nature, and increasingly on the radar of European entrepreneurs looking to relocate or set up residency. Andorra offers something rare: the calm and focus of a mountain country with the connectivity and ambition of a business hub.
Why this site: La Serra farmhouse — also known as Casa Sabater d'Auvinyà — dates back to 1855. Purchased by the Augé family, the site has roots in the agricultural and livestock history of the region: dairy cows, horses, tobacco fields, and a sharecropper's house that has stood for generations.

It's infrastructure for high performance — where every product is a decision to invest in yourself. Recovery is part of the system. The wellness facilities at La Serra include a spa, gym, and padel courts designed for people who understand that how you rest is as important as how you work. Built for daily use, not occasional visits.
